Disconnected while recording

I disconnected the camera after it had been processing for some time, assuming it must have downloaded all the data and it was processing on the computer, but it seems to have caused the recording process to fail. Is there any way to recover or repair the data?

I can see there is about 23G of data on disk, I was recording for 58 minutes in 720p narrow.
