Another question: once we export a geometry sequence (using the Studio Mesh Sequence export method), is it possible to combine the produced meshes and textures into a single animated and textured 3D model ? If so, what methods and softwares could we use ?
@OlivierAsselin Once the PLY sequence is exported out of Unity, it can be converted into any other standard mesh format using 3rd-party tools like MeshLab.
We don’t have a recommendation for wrapping up mesh sequences in a single file (like glb/gltf), but some Depthkit users have tried using Blender with 3rd-party Add-Ons. This process is not specific to Depthkit recordings, so if you find a workflow that does what you’re looking to accomplish, be sure to share it!
