what is the maximum framerate for capturing with Kinect for Windows ?
I’m just trying to solve some questions about the capture of very fast movement by the dancer who will work with me.
Hey Julien! The current max is 30 fps. I recommend testing when to comes to quick movements. At times, the Kinect can struggle with maintaining the color/depth sync when your subject is moving very fast. This usually isn’t an issue when you get to processing, but just something to be aware of when capturing.
